About George Sutton Toastmasters in Aurora, Colorado

The George Sutton Toastmasters Club was founded in Aurora, CO in 1979 by William Strunk (Deceased October, 2017). It was named in honor of George Sutton, who in 1904 in Bloomington, IL, assisted Dr. Ralph Smedley in establishing and naming the very first “Toastmasters” club. When We Meet

All of our weekly meetings are Thursday from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. Most are hybrid meetings (some members meeting in-person live and the others meeting virtual live all at the same time).

Where We Meet:

When we meet in-person, the location is Angry Clover, 15350 E. Smoky Hill Rd, Aurora 80015. Be sure to contact our president, Tim Lenz, at TimLenz@hotmail.com or phone: 303-378-2003 to let us know you’ll be attending so that we can properly greet you.

You Are Welcome!

Come visit our club anytime. You will not be called on to participate (unless you request); you get to just relax and enjoy the show!
